One day short of 5 weeks since my last workout, I finally made it to the gym today! I feel accomplished, restarting my resolution on this last day of January. Any progress achieved last month had diminished since my last gym visit but I still managed 35 minutes on the treadmill including cool down. I hope to get in another session tomorrow.
Unfortunately my diet still needs work - pizza, cheesecake, fries, more cake- and that was just today.
I did fit in one healthier meal this week thanks to my Mummy:
Kappa (Tapioca) & Meen (Fish) Curry with yellow Moru (Turmeric milk-based curry) - a South Indian specialty!
